Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership to a dynamic team throughout the software development life cycle
Ability to work independently in a fast paced, unstructured environment
Ensure adherence to continuous improvement practices as required to meet quality and time to market imperatives
Lead the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of team solutions
Bring a passion to stay on top of technology trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, participate in internal & external technology groups, and mentor other members of the engineering community
Encourage innovation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, inclusion, outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, self-organization, and diversity
Basic qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
At least 10 years’ experience in software development
At least 8 years’ experience in people management
At least 5 years’ building and leading software engineering teams
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree
Experience working with automotive dealership sales and loan originations
10+ years’ experience in software development
10+ years’ experience in agile practices
