Camping world and good sam is now hiring an rv call center technician to join our growing team! *** this position has the ability to be based fully remote***
The rv call center technician provides good sam elite members with technical support when the elite member calls the rv technical help line.
Essential job functions:
Answer in-coming calls from good sam elite members and assist with questions about rv accessories and how to handle rv disablement situations
Connect elite members with rv repair facilities when necessary for repairs that cannot be corrected over the phone
Connect elite members with roadside assistance when necessary for rv disablement situations
Provide elite members with technical information, diagrams, instructions by text or email
Perform customer follow-up to ensure technical issues(s) are resolved
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Essential job skills:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum 3 years of service technician experience
Rvia certification preferred
Previous call center experience is a plus
Effective communication skills required
Must have a customer-focused mentality
Basic computer skills
Good organizational and follow-up skills required

Compensation from $20.00 per hour and above, dependent on experience.
