Here’s what will be in store for you at cred once you join the team
What will you do?
Design and implement policies and sops related to insurance claims processing
Address complex claims queries and escalations coming in from members
Handle queries/escalations from internal & partners
Define, track and improve ops metrics
Monitor, investigate all the rejected and withdrawn cases to improve the customer experience
Liaise with relevant internal teams/pocs from a product standpoint and provide timely resolution/support to the team to remove roadblocks or possible customer escalations
Motivate, guide and groom team members to improve productivity, quality and overall efficiency
Proactively identify process risks and implement action plans to address them
Focus on customer experience at all times and inspire the team to do so as well
Leverage technology as well as internal and external product solutions to achieve the scale through automation and defect elimination
Manage cross-functional stakeholders across customer support, tech, product, business, risk, compliance, legal
You should apply if you have:
5+ years of experience in managing insurance claims processing
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing 10-15 team members
Good leadership and organizational skills
Interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with all stakeholders
Ability to present ideas and solutions in a clear and concise manner
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
Have an eye for detail and can multi-task effectively in a demanding environment
