Overview: the national account manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with designated clients to ensure all client and ciox healthcare business needs are met.
The nam will be responsible for aspects of implementing new client projects and statements of work (sow’s) and supporting them post implementation in a manner that meets client expectations, including although not limited to all client communication, coordination, conflict resolution and ensuring compliance on client deliverablesResponsibilities:
Operate as the point of contact for all matters specific to assigned customers – key ‘face’ to the client.
Manage and perform aspects of implementing new clients including overall implementation project management, acquiring client data, closely monitoring project status and success throughout the entirety of the project
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Responsible for knowing and obtaining customer market share intel, providing input into ciox product strategies, owning growth forecasting
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our projects, deliverables and solutions according to customer’s needs and objectives working with operations as a key supplier but also other internal suppliers as needed
Clearly communicate the progress of project initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Track key account metrics and service level agreements
Assist with the development of a strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones for the client
Identify opportunities for ciox growth in collaboration with sales
Support sales within assigned accounts by serving as a first level subject matter expert on ciox solutions, bringing in appropriate resources from operations, ci and product management as appropriate
Developing add on statements of work or modifications as indicated
Identify key areas of internal continuous improvement opportunities (cost, quality, service, growth) and provide input to management team.
Qualifications:
5 years customer experience in sales/account management working in the healthcare insurance and/or healthcare audit industry preferred, but not required
Industry experience in business process management (bpo, bpaas), selling and servicing solutions in healthcare
Demonstrated effective story-telling to communicate, present and influence credibly at all levels of the organization
Excellent customer service principles and practices
Strong ability to plan, prioritize, multi-task and work independently in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Strong business and data analytic skills to monitor, track and proactively address customer performance and a track record of driving results through continuous improvement
Proficiency with microsoft office products, ppt, word & excel
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
