Job description
Manage warehouse operations for fruits & vegetables category
Drive sop and kpi for warehousing operations
Packing operations - manage the 3pl team for grading, sorting & packing of the fruits & vegetables stock
Distribution (mid-mile & last mile logistic) - ensure timely dispatch from warehouse & timely arrival at the stores
Plan & manage reverse logistics
Coordinate with qc team for proper quality assessment of inward fruits & vegetables
Fefo & fifo management
Control stock fill rate, reduce shrinkage & manage rtv
Coordinate with the store operations team for smooth material movement.
Warehouse stock audit
Desired skills
Overall should have managed warehousing planning, distribution & amp; logistic operations of leading organizations
