We have immediate requirement for the position of asst manager – supply chain in u.s based mnc mechanical fluid solutions company for bangalore location.
Position summary
This position is primarily of a stock & warehouse management, material inward, outward, transportation & shipment.
Key roles & responsibilities
Incoming inquiry handling
Physically inspect all the items received from customs in support with company import invoice & packing list
Preparing inspection documents based on customer segmentation
Report discrepancies if any to the supply chain department
Raise corrective action procedure to company in case of any discrepancies
Allocate items based on inventory and customer orders
Receive pick list as per customer sales order
Stock withdrawal & intimation to commercial team
Receive invoices from commercial team
Physically take the items from the slot
Have primary & secondary check
Material packing
Arrange for transporter
Generate statutory documents for dispatch
Update dispatch tracker
Physical inventory check – quarterly / half yearly / annually
Slow movement / dead inventory list update
Tubing planner preparation
Stock transfer to branches with necessary documentation
Internal consumption materials accounting
Shipment pending list update
Procurement for stores essentials
Tubing unloading along with physical inspection

Education, professional qualification, experience & skills
Education, professional qualification: post graduate / graduate in commerce – b.com, bbm, m.com only (mba not preferred).
Experience: 2 - 3 years in commercial / accounting domain.
Skills: computer proficiency in ms office packages including word, excel and outlook is a key requirement for the jobAdvanced excel proficiency will be added advantage.
