Roles & responsibilities
Will be responsible for team target for the region
Recruit regional sales engineers and train them on
Effective sales strategies
Set sales targets for the region
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to
Achieve target sales
Make monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans
Evaluate the performance of regional team on regular
Basis, make course corrections as required
Negotiate and close orders with customers
Responsible for end to end process of sales from
Generation of enquiry to collection of final payment.
Establish productive and professional relationships with
Key personnel in assigned customer accounts
Coordinate with project engineering to ensure effective
Solutions to customers

Job requirements must possess
Should be a graduate mechanical engineer from a reputed
Institute
Age: around 30 years
Total experience of around 8 to 10 years out of which at
Least 2 years in a managerial role, handling a team of 4
Members.
Proficiency in using office tools such as ms office (ms
Word, excel, powerpoint etc)
Ability to read, understand and interpret engineering
Drawings
Ability to handle preliminary technical discussions
Strong communication and team management skills
Must possess excellent negotiation skills
Desirable
Handling sales in system integrators, companies providing
Automation solutions using floor based conveyors,
Assembly/sub assembly lines, conveyor lines to automotive,
Construction equipments, white goods, e- commerce
