We are looking for a candidate who has previous experience in office assistance in factory administration (preferred), proficiency in microsoft office programs, enthusiastic and reliable, attention to detail.

Nature of the job:
Design and maintain filing and storage systems in the factory
Maintain office supply inventory, stock checking
Read and route incoming mail and process outgoing mail
Responsible for assisting dispatching & scheduling
Organising all dispatches, minutes of meeting and all reports to head office
Maintain dispatch documents and registers related to dispatch
To maintain the daily stock statement
Handling i ncoming calls and other communications.
Managing filing systemUpdating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
Helping organize and maintain office common areas
Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
Maintaining office equipment as needed
Recording photocopies, scans, and files appropriate documents
Enter data in the computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities, and other information
General office work & other administration work
Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned
Managing guesthouse, company vehicles, office equipment and stores
Coordinating and tracking all incoming and outgoing material with transporters
