Job responsibilities:
Partner with operations & supply function and work closely with functional head and department leads to provide overall hr advisory and support to the function.
Work closely with ops & supply stakeholders for manpower planning and budgeting to ensure optimal headcount and staffing within budget.
Responsible to drive the pmp process and development planning among people managers, ensuring quality of assessment and feedback as per stipulated timelines.
Collaborate with ops & supply head & people managers to review critical roles and critical talent to enable talent management and succession planning.
Work with people managers on sme retention strategy and devise engagement and retention plans in collaboration with l&d team.
Manage employee & industrial relations across site, and responsible for formulating and executing er/ir policies to have a harmonious relations between management and unionised workforce.
Responsibe for managing disciplinary cases, employee grievances and labour & workmen welfare.
Liase with govt bodies such as labour department and local regional associations.
