Job responsibilities:
He/she should be able to provide gap analysis and pre-assessment as per the client requirement
Should be able to develop a written program as per client needs
Train staff on all policies and procedures increasing their competency on ghp
Able to improve existing food safety procedures complying statutory regulations
Troubleshoot safety and traceability when required during operations
Should be able to provide ongoing support for new standard information as evolves specific to food.
Credentials required * should have sound knowledge in food safety statutory regulations
Msc microbiology/biotechnology with minimum 1 year experience in quality control
Excellent written and verbal communication is required in english and local language
70% of travel required out of total working hours.
