Position is based in norwood ohio, or can be remote - must be willing to work 2nd shift
Work under the direction of an account operations manager to set-up and troubleshoot data extraction from automotive dealership computer systems.
Position responsibilities & essential functions
Perform data extraction set-ups and troubleshoot failed data extractions as assignedThese extractions can range from the simplest to the most complex.
Communicate effectively with automotive dealership contact via phone and email.
Creates case logs, records information, establishes resolution time, follows up on issues, and escalates complex issues
Troubleshoots issues with internal processes
Directs and guides dealers through resolution of technical issues
Provides customer service and remote support services and applies problem solving skills
Works in a team environment and assist team members on various issues
Provides other ad hoc support and duties as assigned
Works in an environment with competing priorities
Qualifications & requirements
Associates/bachelors strongly preferred
Ability to document, track and monitor a problem/issue to a timely resolution
Problem solving ability
Work history stability
Solid technical aptitude skills
Preferred attributes & qualifications
2-3 years’ experience in a technical customer service environment
Automotive industry experience
Previous experience diagnosing technical issues on a webservice
Experience with any software as a service - sas
Prior work supporting a phone application
Rest api and/or postman api experience is a plus.
