Job description
Call prospects and past customers to generate interest
Schedule appointments for outside sales teams
Document and track calls and interactions with potential customers
Email marketing material to interested customers
Attend and contribute to weekly virtual meetings with outside sales team
Desired skills and experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated and self-directed
Strong organizational and time management skills
Professional, friendly phone personality
Proficient experience with ms office, email
Positive, solution-oriented attitude
1+ years of experience with outbound b2b sales/appointment setting in a call-center environment
Prior experience with crm software
Proven history of success in exceeding sales quotas
