Full time - (40 hrs/week) monday-friday 8am - 5pm

The program manager, ticket to work is responsible for active management and performance of the company’s ticket-to-work programThis person will provide oversight and guidance with professionalism, precision, and appropriate sense of urgency, to ensure all deliverables are accomplished and adherence with key performance indicatorsThe ideal candidate for this position will be creative, determined, proactive, energetic, and comfortable working with othersHe or she will have a background in vocational rehabilitation and or return-to-work incentives.
This position requires strong communication skills, including the ability to create and distribute communications, drive special projects, and execute visionThe program manager, ticket to work will have the acumen to handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities simultaneously, mixing long term projects with the urgency of immediate demands of those they support – including both client attempting to return to work, our partner employment network (en), as well as our internal teamHe/she must exhibit the skills to collaborate with and achieve actionable results through others, the ability to build healthy and sustainable relationships and the capability to interact within all levels of the organization.

Maintain a high degree of enthusiasm for the overall program mission.
Business partnering and reporting:
Reports directly to svp, operations
Manages up to five direct reports
Establish good working relationships across the company, particularly with the program team, the vocational team, and leadership
Build strong business partnerships with all internal departments
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is strongly preferred or equivalent, direct experience.
Five to seven years vocational/rehab/return to work experience, with insurance or benefit claim organization experience preferred.
Five to seven years program or project management experience preferred.
Work incentive practitioner credentials (wip-c) required.
Certified rehabilitation counselor (crc) certification preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
