Full job description
Brilliant pr & marketing, one of the most respected and rapidly growing agencies focused on family-oriented brands, seeks a full-time remote influencer talent management & sales assistant to support the agency’s growing, award-winning teamOur new influencer talent management & sales assistant will have at least one year of experience in an agency setting.
Specific roles and requirements include:
Agency sales
Create and maintain email drip campaigns utilizing agency’s proprietary outbound lead generation system
Respond to emails and set calls with potential clients
Maintain and be responsible for keeping sales calendars up-to-date
Import data into and maintain sales crm database
Create sales presentations for prospective clients
Effectively find and foster new prospective clients utilizing proprietary agency sales software
Effectively report on the sales process providing weekly updates to the team
Create sales agreements to be approved by the team
Influencer talent management
Create proposals for prospective influencer clients
Create influencer talent agreements to be approved by the team
Work closely with managed influencers to obtain data such as demographics and campaign performance data
Influencer/brand collaboration management - manage the execution of influencer campaigns including, but not limited to:
Reviewing brand briefs and guiding influencers on how to develop content within contracted parameters
Organizing influencer schedules
Preparing and sending content to brand partners in an efficient and timely manner
Relaying feedback between brands and influencers, managing expectations appropriately as warranted
Maintaining positive relationships with both influencers and brand /agency partners
Consistent follow up with influencers to obtain content in a timely manner to ensure alignment with campaigns schedules
Drafting captions and text overlay for content, manually adding text overlays when needed
Gathering post insights in a timely manner and sharing with the brand
Maintain an extremely organized calendar of all influencer partnerships and notify the team when a campaign is live so invoices go out in a timely manner
Work closely with newly signed influencers to develop media kits, align on pricing, add influencers to websites and other sales materials
Required skills
Proven success and experience in project management, office administration, word processing, sales outreach and copy writing

Experience with sales and lead generation
General knowledge and/or interest in the social media influencer space
At least one year of office/workplace experience
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field of study
Design capabilities: canva, photoshop, indesign, illustrator
Video capabilities: instagram, tiktok, splice, premiere pro, after effects
Sales systems proficiency: copper, seamless, persist
Website capabilities: wordpress, squarespace

Salary range transparency:
Us remote $35,000 - $48,000 annually
Additional eligible financial compensation
Hits bonus, employee and/or client referral bonus, year end bonuses, spot brilliant bonuses.
