What you`ll do
As a recruiting assistant, you will play a pivotal role in helping the team with day to day activities, manage the interviewing scheduling, as well as provide administrative support for the function.
Responsibilities
Assist in recruiting operations specifically in interview scheduling & hiring manager/candidate coordination
Support recruiters with requisition management on internal application tracking system
Support recruiters in pre-screening candidates as per job criteria
Organize & execute hiring drives with guidance from senior recruiting team members
Provide support on various recruiting activities
Coordinate schedules and meetings of the apac team and execute small projects
You`re good at
Superior planning and organization skills, across time zones, with strong attention to detail
Strong service orientation; at same time demonstrating strong ownership and self-efficiency
Excellent problem-solving skills and solid business judgment
Strong sense of ownership and initiative
Proficiency in outlook, powerpoint, and excel
Experience in virtual work environments and in working across different time zones
Highest level of integrity expected, treating all hr-related information as confidential
You bring (experience & qualifications)
0-1 years of experience in scheduling interviews and candidate management
Bachelor’s degree with high academic achievement required
Computer proficiency: microsoft outlook, word, excel, powerpoint
Excellent communication skills; english
