We`re looking for a sales assistant to work directly with the founder of the the company to help with a variety of tasks related to sales & marketing.
As the business continues to grow, we need help servicing our clients.
We`re a promotional products agency that provides tens of thousands of promotional items to our clientsLook around your house and i`m sure you`ll see tons of swagMaybe it`s that t-shirt you got at the last 5k you ran, maybe it`s a backpack you got at a recent conference, a pen from the bank down the street, or a branded speaker you got as a gift from the last company you worked at.your days will be full of managing multiple clients and ordersExperience in the promotional products industry is a must as we are looking for someone who has experience and knowledge in the order process for the promotional industry and supplier/distributor relationship.
Examples of things you`ll be doing:
-creating order acknowledgements and quotes for existing deals
-working with suppliers and art teams to generate new product ideas and mockups to existing client base
-ensuring orders stay on track from purchase order through delivery
-building presentations of products to present to clients
-running sales and zoom meetings to review projects, present items, and discuss project details
-working with suppliers, fulfillment center, and end client to ensure projects run smoothly and delivered on time
-sending out samples to prospects and clients
-researching existing clients and setting up calls to review annual plans, finding new opportunities
Must have experience with:
-previous work in a sales role at a promotional products company or supplier
-sales & customer support
We`re looking for someone who isn`t afraid to jump in and own it - is creative, can think quickly and make decisions, and stay organized as you`ll be juggling multiple projects and strict timelinesThe position will start as an hourly position, but has the potential to turn into a full time job with salary, benefits, and commissionYou also have the ability to start running your own accounts and getting paid commissions on top of the pay for these deals.
The job is remote - and you`ll be working directly with the owner.
