The sicm will report to the director of marketing and lead our brand marketing, internal and external communications, websites and apps development, customer lifecycle marketing, channel marketing, and pr effortsThis omni-channel marketer, will also manage a team of professionals who work tirelessly to deliver on the before mentioned and help build out that teamPart strategy, part coach, part execution, this opportunity influences cross-functional leaders within bitcoin depot and is also responsible for developing the team`s integrated communications plan.

Bachelor`s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or a related field
8 - 12 years of related experience in a fast pace working environment (i.eAgencies)
Strong work ethic (a `that`s not my job.` attitude will not work at bitcoin depot.)
Experience with marketing automation providers

Mba level education
Experience with microsoft office, adobe creative suite, google suite, slack, and/or google analytics
Experience managing agency partner relationships
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Experience with managing a diverse, remote team
Builds and executes bitcoin depot`s integrated omni-channel communication strategy on an annual and by initiative basis, understanding and aligning business objectives with business leaders across multiple functions, leveraging data to support the brand strategy and achieve key revenue targets
Leads key brand and communication initiatives
Serves as primary marketing communications advisor to multiple business functions on the appropriate campaign objectives and process required to support the campaign strategy
Own the customer journeys, lifecycles, and segmentation efforts
Builds the master integrated marketing communication calendar including but not limited to the following channels: web, app, trade shows, pr, retail communications, and sales pipeline
Oversees the role that manages the creative pipeline and traffics the creative assets
Works closely with the marketing team to understand and integrate paid media and email strategies and initiatives
Cascade integrated communications information throughout the bitcoin depot organization
Own agency partner relationships for pr and serve as their main point of contact
Develops and maintains strong, collaborative relationships across the organization, lodges, vendors and industry professionals.
Utilizes market segmentation and message testing to ensure effectiveness of communication strategies.
Reviews and analyzes communication performance to goals with key stakeholders.
Identifies trends, patterns and correlations to develop actions with key stakeholders that will improve communication performance to meet goals.
