Roles and responsibilities:
He/she will be responsible for real estate sales, revenue strategies, marketing, trainingThe prime role is to sell high end luxury residential and commercial projectsHe/she will be developing and implementing process improvements to reduce operational costs and to improve efficiencies as well as providing leadership, guidance, and support for the sales team.
Doing site visits
Creating a research report as per the need of clients and suggest clients the perfect project for their requirement.
Create listing and sales checklists, and manage the team for goal accomplishment,
Oversee day-to-day business operations
Can easily handle the team size approx2 to 4 people sales team
Evaluate employee performance and provide additional coaching and support as needed
Allocate budget resources for sales, equipment, marketing, and personnel
Interacting with existing and prospective clients (investors, retailers, and individuals of high net worth) to keep them upbeat with the latest developments and offerings and also making them a part of our future projects
Maximize revenue generation and lead closures by using social and public media marketing campaigns.
Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
Collecting customer feedback and market research.
Report on sales activities to senior management.
Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
Strong leadership qualities; ability to supervise, train and motivate staff.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and to lead while working collaboratively and independently.
Management ability with team members, clients, and vendors.
Time management skills
Desired candidate profile:
Excellent communication and selling skills.
Mba / post graduation/graduation in any discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years experience in direct selling.
Worked in a real estate or financial industry ie insurance, banking etc.
Performed regular client meetings & site visits.
Effectively closed client transactions directly i.eA successful direct selling career.
In-depth knowledge about real estate environment in the city, property buying cycle.
Awareness of government policies and bylaws, processes & transaction procedures.
Well-groomed, pleasing personality

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Monday to friday
Business development: 2 years (preferred)
Real estate sales: 2 years (preferred)
