Responsibilities:
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes – including profile sourcing, first round of screening and scheduling
Collaborate with hiring managers to write job description for current openings
Assist with employee onboarding
Help coordinate training & development initiatives
Organize quarterly engagement events
Ensure all the joining formalities are taken care of appropriately for all new joiner
Maintain and update our internal hr databases
Essential & desirable criteria:
6 months to 1 year experience with full cycle of recruitment and other hr generalist activities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience of using ms excel is essential
