Responsibilities:
Identify new sales lead in different markets globally wherever applicable.
New franchisee development
Knowledge on relationship management will be an additional advantage .
Knowledge about blockchain domain and cryptocurrencies.
Conduct onboarding process for candidates.
Maintain good relationship with the franchisees.
Should be held responsible for b2b relations with various franchises.
Identify & evaluate prospective partners for franchise business through different sources and maintain the pipeline for continuous expansion
Planning pan india franchisee footprint basis on different business criteria, territorial research including site identification & evolution.
Basic knowledge in the field of compliance.
Prepare and maintain all relevant documents as required.
Review and fine-tune franchisee model on regular interval as per business requirement
Evaluate the prospect on different parameter along with catchment study to get the desired business
Negotiate and sign the agreement with the franchise partner
Responsible for maintaining franchisee store pan india as per the guideline.
Responsible for operation related issues at franchisee.
Evaluate the knowledge gap of franchisee staff and align product and other training`s accordingly.
Continuous up gradation of the franchisee basis on space optimisation and sales analysis.
Plan and execute the local marketing activities with franchisees to increase the footfall at the centre.
Work on franchisee profitability to make the business buyable.
Implement mystery audit practice to improve customer experience.
Share best practices across franchise centers to improve financial performance, customer
Marketing & handling training to franchisees coordinator on consistent interval as & when required.
Regular reporting to the senior management.
Necessary travel.
Perform other adhoc duties
Requirements:
Graduate/b.tech/master degree /mba
A highly committed individual with minimum 2 years of experience in new
Franchisee development, franchisee network expansion & franchisee operation/support .
Proven track record of adding franchisee to the brandMonitoring competitor activities,
Strategy development for expansion.
Strong network & market connections.
Strong analytical and exceptional communication skills with exposure in presenting formal concise presentations and documentations.
