A remote mechanical design engineer job is currently available at belcanThis is a full time, direct job with full benefitsGreat matching candidates will have 5-10 years of relative design experience with fluids/propulsion mechanical designYou will be using 3d cad software to design 3d models.
Job duties:
Mechanical 3d modeling and drawing creation of propulsion systems
Using pdm software for upload and downloading models and relative information
Reviewing and assisting team leads work for peer reviews and verifications
Working with team leads on requirements and specifications
Qualifications:
3+ years experience with creo parametric or similar 3d cad program
3+ years experience with cad application creating and modifying drawings
3+ years experience with gd&t
Knowledgeable with aerospace fluids components such valves, mechanisms, and umbilical/hoses/tubes.
Legal authorization to work in the us required
Desired but not required skills:
Aerospace propulsion knowledge
Leadership experience for potential growth
Hand calculations or analysis software for structural analysis of design components
Ansys or creo simulate experience
Pdm systems experience
