Who you are:
We`re looking for brand partnerships manager (direct-response, paid & non-paid) to build and support basepaw`s marketing program (affiliate, referral, etc)You will drive all brand partnerships, managing the strategy, execution, and optimization across channelsWe need a real strategist with hands-on experience to help our company growIf you`re a creative big thinker and have experience in brand marketing and strategy - we`d love to meet you!
Source and vet new opportunities, negotiate, lock them in, scale them, and manage the ongoing relationshipsYour focus will be direct-response first, and brand-building second.
Drive top-line revenue via partnership marketing campaigns
Achieve and maintain 250%+ return on ad spend across campaigns
Measure and optimize our partnerships campaigns to achieve revenue and return on ad spend goals
Acting as the `traffic controller` evaluating new partnership opportunities and collaborating with the right internal team to set goals and measure success.
Innovating across the broader basepaws marketing arm to drive cross functional initiatives that improve dtc experience (e.g., holiday, partnerships, in box opportunities)
Collaborate with teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all campaigns
Work closely with the marketing & growth team and be able to deliver measurable results.
2+ years of relevant marketing experience, ideally with a focus on building and scaling partnerships for dtc brands (pet brands is a plus)
Ba/bs degree or equivalent work experience
Familiarity with measuring success quantitatively through performance tracking, measurement, attribution
Highly analytical, structured thinker who is able to glean clear, salient ideas from complex information and very clearly communicate them to a diverse set of stakeholders in a way they will understand
Strong collaborative skills and ability to work cross functionally.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized “doer” excited by helping develop structure around something new.
`no task too small` mentality, willing to roll up sleeves and get things done
Ability to make customers fall in love with the products.
General pawesomeness and a sense of humor
You`ve done partnerships marketing for a d2c startup before.
