What you`ll do
Manage multiple technology projects in an agile manor to ensure improved efficiencies and minimization of risk
Manage and mentor multiple product managers by leading product initiatives through the entire product lifecyle
Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, including (but not limited too) legal, compliance, marketing, finance, placements and infosec
Drive transparency into the solution delivery and support process for the business teams by establishing and maintaining consistent communication cadence
Provide thought leadership around process improvement on transformational initiatives
Bridge the gap between business processes and technical solutioning
Manage the strategic roadmap, maintenance and agile execution/delivery of roadmap deliverables
What you`ll need
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, finance/accounting or equivalent employment experience
10+ years’ experience in product development
People management and development
Financial services and/or lending industry
Loan management, secondary loan market, securitization or technology domain experience strongly preferred
Required skills: people management and development, product management, project management
Preferred certifications: agile/scrum or product owner
Proficiency in technology support and implementations a plus
Outgoing personality who is comfortable working hands on with business partners
Track record of success delivering value in an agile development framework
