As an operations manager, you`ll be responsible for day-to-day operational execution of a complex development teamAs a key member of the operations team, you need to ensure the team has the facilities tools, resources and skills they need to deliver on commitments while tracking ongoing execution and parameters important for delivery of projects.
As an operations manager, you will be responsible for:
Managing and control documents, such as templates, meeting minutes, reports, plans and schedulesEnsures only the latest versions are available for use by stake holders.
Managing the organization’s document management software application to keep the content organized and user friendly.
Following and adhere to processes to ensure documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete.
Providing administrative assistance to maintain the operations framework and disciplines necessaryPlan scheduled visits for senior executives and manage their agenda.
Identifying and champions internal / external best practices, tools and ideas to achieve operational excellence.
Understanding team financials, resources, staffing and monitor spends are within budgetUnderstand the spends and plan for future spends.
Using disciplined approaches to monitor team requirements & challenges via effective information dashboards for reporting the progress and / or risks.
Using data proactively, practical knowledge and innovative insights to drive timely decisions, determine appropriate courses of action, forecast future needs while managing risk and uncertainty for the team.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor degree with minimum 6-7 years of relevant work experience in business operations.
Have competence with ms word, excel , powerpoint (visio and ms project is a plus).
Have excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skillsStrong customer service focus.
Have ability to write / summarize results and prepare deliverable packages.( power-point reports , tableau dashboards)
Have strong planning, coordination, organization, time-management abilitiesSelf-motivatedWorks well independently and in a team setting under time constraints.
