Responsibilities & duties:
Provide support to 4-5 senior managers or associate partners on calendar, travel and expense management
Successfully manage hectic and ever evolving calendars, ensuring proactive resolution of daily conflicts.
Ensuring timely and accurate submission of expenses and time-sheets.
Independently managing travel itineraries and administering the timely procurement of visas and other travel documentationProviding detailed travel itineraries ahead of timeRe-scheduling complex meetings and travel itineraries at short notice.
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key client contacts.
Proactively manage the manager’s marketing activities, including assisting the managers with their personal marketing plans, liaising with the marketing department
Update the bain client tracking database.
Logistical support for all meetings, conferences and workshops.
Technical support, including presentations and online research.
Sending regular updates to the partners with a detailed overview of the appointments and travel itineraries.
Provide support and cover for other mas.
Any other duties which are compatible with the main role objective.

Graduate or post graduate degree
Proficient in using microsoft outlook, word, excel and powerpoint.
Experience of working in professional services industry is preferably
At least four years of administrative experience which must have involved supporting multiple people
Excellent written and spoken english
Exceptional organization, prioritization and time management skills
`can do!` attitude, willingness to get involved in a variety of projects and activities
Efficient and detail oriented
Enthusiastic, dedicated, hardworking and committed
A desire to learn and develop.
