Responsible for ` site execution works, -interacting with civil vendors, and contractors for execution works.
Technically strong in handling all civil & finishing –fundamentals, as per the is-standard.
Good in site co –ordination, identification and resolving the civil & finishing issues.
Responsible to plan the activities, in co-ordination with design team, contractors, various vendors for day to day work progress.
Good in interior works, for any up gradation and refurbishment works.
Good in measurement & material knowledge.
Monitoring day to day work progress- structural & civil finishing activities.
Good command over the vendors / consultants, to get the quality works
Responsible for timely completion of the assigned project, and follow -up works.
Ability to own multy task & risk management.
Overall responsible for execution of the project and pro actively completion of the works.
