The baer group is looking to hire a staffing sales executive.
Title: staffing sales executive
Location: remote (must be based in us)
Duration: perm hire
Responsibilities:
Responsible for acquisition of new clients within assigned geographies.
Day to day management of client relationships
Developing net new pipeline opportunities
Managing assigned account internal issues i.e., msa renewals, outstanding ar, billing, client and consultant issues etc.
Responsible for managing existing agreements and securing new ones
Achieve sales quota with monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals/bonus
Achieve annual sales revenue of approximately 4million dollars and a gross margin performance of 25%
Experience/qualification
3-5 years successful direct client sales experience
Demonstrated sales experience in the; enterprise erp technologies; sap enterprise, oracle enterprise, ibm, microsoft, salesforce, general it etc.
Successful direct client sales experience in erp/general staffing
Demonstrated sales performance: 3 plus years of achieving sales quotas 100% or higher
Demonstrated track record in securing net new clients: provide reference-able clients (hunter)
