We are seeking a young and dynamic franchise development manager in building the best of franchise hiring and for planning and managing the franchising business of our companyThe ideal candidate will be responsible for developing franchising opportunities and for offering continuous support to franchisees and to ensure the overall success of the franchisor as well as the franchisee.
Job responsibilities:
Developing and supervising the operations of new franchisees and the business development of franchise.
Providing training and information on the business policies and procedures and to develop new franchisees for the business.
Understanding and responding to potential franchisee inquiries.
Interviewing and assessing franchise applicants
Arranging promotional activities to enhance sales.
Management of the entire franchisee recruitment process from lead management to sign-up of a new franchise
Commitment of monthly & quarterly franchise recruitment target for self & team and to reach them.
