Found is a modern weight care platform and community focused on integrated supportAccording to a recent cdc study, nearly 50% of americans want to lose weight, and on average, americans have gained 30 lbs during the pandemicBut the existing weight loss industry focuses on shame - if you don’t have the willpower to eat less and workout more, you aren’t trying hard enough.
Modern science shows us that weight care is complex - food and movement are important, but so are hormones, genetics, sleep, stress, mental health, and daily habitsFound’s unique approach incorporates personalized coaching, an online community, and if indicated, medical and prescription solutions.

What you`ll do:
Manage compliance programs, mandatory filings, policy updates, and required employee trainings, and maintain accurate employee records.
Oversee all facets of the found benefits program, including open enrollment, renewal, loa/accommodation management, and benefits compliance.
Collaborate with the director of people to build enduring, scalable policies, processes, and programs that engage people and accelerate performance in a remote-first culture.
Manage the full employee life cycle from onboarding found’s newest team members with a warm welcome through compassionate off-boarding, representing found as a good place to be from.
Create strong cross-functional partnerships with talent acquisition, payroll, and other stakeholders to create a robust and seamless employee experience.
Engage as the subject matter expert and people operations representative for employee questions and concerns.
What you have:
4-5 years of experience as a well-rounded generalist, engaging in all facets of the core people function.
A current shrm or hrci certification or a bachelor’s degree in human resources.
Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
Proficiency in google business applications, gmail, hris, ats.
Passion for working in a rapidly growing business with curiosity, humility, humor, and professionalism.
You are cool under pressure and have the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities at once with a “no task too small” mentality.
You are an owner who loves finding innovative solutions and seeing them through to completion.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, possessing the ability to work effectively with a variety of personalities.
A desire to live in the details, thinking about processes, and know how to get and keep things organized.
Experience with people analytics and data-driven decision making.
