The global account manager is responsible for business expansion within a few of our very largest, most strategic accounts along with converting legacy on-prem to cloud as applicable to the client needs.
The gam works to achieve/exceed assigned sales quotas and goals for customers through responding to rfps, developing proposals for customer presentations and coordinating account resources with representatives from marketing, pre-sales engineering, and development.
Primary role
Sales of cx, workforce engagement & optimization software and services in the territory
Develops sales strategies and forecasts sales volumes for all products and channels in territory
Works with solution consultants to address customer needs
Establish short- and long-term goals for his territory in line with corporate objectives

Qualifications
10+ years enterprise level field sales experience; prior saas, ccaas or ucaas preferred
Ability to translate technology and features into meaningful business solutions
Strong analytical and business deal-making capability; ability to create and identify opportunities
Proven ability to grow current clients and acquire net-new customers
Demonstrated history of quota achievement
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Extensive negotiation and contract development experience
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to travel to customer sites, channel partners, internal meetings and/or events (national and/or international).
Ba/bs degree or equivalent experience
Pre-employment drug screen post-offer acceptance
