A solutions platform has contract opportunities for remote tier 1 help desk agents.
Must have high speed internet through an ethernet cable and personal computer with cameraCompany will provide hardware after the two week training period, you will train using your own machine.
Position duties include:
The technician answers, evaluates, and prioritizes incoming telephone inquiries and user requests for password assistance.
Interviews the caller to collect information about inquiry or request; leads user through password self-reset, performs verification and manual password reset.
Handles problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up for routine user problems, referring more complex problems to tier 2, tier 3, supervisor, or other technical staff.
Logs and tracks customer interactions using problem management software (snow) and maintains thorough history records and related problem documentation.
Prepares standard statistical reports, such as help desk incident reports.
Position requirements include:
Excellent customer service focus
Excellent communication skills
Competent trouble-shooting skills
Ability to evaluate customer needs and determine the appropriate options/procedures
Understands quality and performance metrics and resulting impact to the customer
Previous help desk/call center experience beneficial
Confirmed availability to work defined schedules after the completion of training
High speed internet through an ethernet cable
