As the order project specialist, you will act as the partner advocate for any post sales issuesYou will manage the order submission and implementation of the orders that have been assigned as well as work with the advisors/customers on any post install issues such as billing issues, maintenance requests and service impacting issues.
What you`ll do and how you`ll have an impact
Scrubbing of all orders prior to submission to the carrier and working with advisors and the carriers to make sure that all orders meet the basic entrance criteria
Contacting appsmart advisors to confirm order receipt and services being ordered and discuss implementation timelines for the specific order
Submitting orders to providers and confirming their receipt
Updating internal crm systems with the current status until the foc date is received
Communicating with the advisors via phone calls, emails, appsmart office, im etc.
Escalate to the provider management teams when slas are missed pushing for resolution
Work with partners on post implementation issues such as but not limited to billing issues, maintenance requests, service impacting issues;
Opening trouble tickets in appsmart office so that post install issue can be noted and tracked
What we`re looking for
Bachelor`s degree or related work experience with operations management
2+ years of order/project management experience
5+ years of prior telecom experience
Superb customer support, organizational and problem solving skills
Excellent oral and written communications skills in english (other languages an asset)
