Summary: the digital merchandising specialist owns the delivery of best-in-class ecommerce experiences and be responsible for the consistent representation of the amy’s brand on digital shelves & customer systems, ensuring efficient delivery of content to our retail partnersEssential duties and responsibilities: system support/digital shelf sme
Provide syndication channel audits and salsify user management.
Set up, map, and ensure proper formatting of syndication content data in salsify.
Develop product and category expertise to drive continual improvement.
Align digital presence to approved amy’s m.a.p.sMerchandising, assortment, pricing, and shelving guidelines.
Manage delivery of product content to retailer portals and overall ecommerce content delivery.
Onboard new and update existing syndication channels, including understanding and acting on retailer-specific requirements and change requests.
Identify emerging technology opportunities to ensure amy’s maintains category leadership.
Build and deploy sales digital catalogs and materials necessary for viewing product assortment and attribution.
Serve as the owner and internal/external point person for syndication solutions.
Partner with “toll road” solution providers to ensure digital shelf readiness and build awareness of changing requirements.
Partner with sales to build/maintain relationships with retailers.
Partner with insights & analytics team, product marketing, and consumer engagement to inform strategy through performance measurement and reporting, develop best practices, review optimization efforts, and jointly identify opportunities to activate against.
Partner with the creative team to ingest and deploy marketing content including copy, images, and enhanced content using salsify.
Conduct audits of delivered content and assets, provide gap analysis, and determine ways to improve content quality and efficiency.
Utilize salsify reporting and insights and other methods to report on content creation, delivery, and performance to ensure accurate delivery of content and best in class site experience.
Create and maintain weekly dashboard reporting on syndication performance and kpis.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on the development of business processes and solutions to meet sales needs and ecommerce best practices, and optimize the syndication of product content through salsify, including enhanced content.
Ensure content is made available and provide guidelines for non-priority account managers to adapt and deliver standard content.

Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities with minimal input from hiring manager.
Proven experience with pim warehousing and syndication of online content
Strong knowledge of gdsn data pool.
Understanding of how to track, measure and report activity, and turn those measurements into insights that can be used to improve conversion and practices.
Clear focus on the consumer (end-user) experience and satisfaction.
Digitally savvy with strong knowledge and understanding of and passion for ecommerce space and processes.
Exceptional time management and communication skills.
Ability to manage projects and effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders to accomplish tasks efficiently.
Desire to continually learn, as well as create and improve processes and results
Strong team player with team leadership skills.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, data management or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years’ work experience with pureplay marketplaces (i.e., amazon), retailer.com marketing (i.e., walmart.com, target.com), and digital merchandising/marketing or related experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of salsify product information management and syndication solutions
Experience with syndigo, 1worldsync, nielsen iq a plus
Advanced excel knowledge required
Smartsheet knowledge a plus
Certificates, licenses, registrations
Completion of salsify foundations and activations courses
