Through prescriptive thought leadership and storytelling, our deployment consultants are agents of this change management and become trusted partners of our customer business executivesThey are team players within our client services team; they work hand in hand with our account management, technical implementation and managed services teams, so that every engagement is a win-win.
Guide customers through the definition of a value adoption roadmap at the beginning of the partnership and on a monthly/quarterly basis
Ensure that customer-specific adoption patterns represent the best match between our capabilities and their problems
Lead impact assessment sessions with relevant customer teams and drive change management through thought leadership, especially strategic in partnerships where amperity replaces an incumbent technology or opens the way to net new capabilities for an organization
Lead change management through executive committees and ad hoc governance meetings
Responsible for ensuring customers have met the business objectives of the initial contract
Delivers a business roadmap to implementation teams
Educate the customer on amperity`s platform capabilities and how they might be applied in their own organization against their goals
Collaborate closely by providing a strategic lens to account managers in charge of renewal and commercial negotiations
Provide feedback to product and sales
Experience supporting enterprise-level customers (fortune 100)
Experience partnering with senior-level business stakeholders
Experience in consulting or enterprise saas
You influence decision-makers through informed and enthusiastic advocacy for a course of action
You have a strategic mindset and enjoy consultative positions
You thrive in the grey zone and use creativity to structure the ambiguous
You have a natural ability for presenting and storytelling
You anticipate non-technical risks and hurdles to achieve customer value goals
You are a team player who excels at rallying and partnering with various cross-function stakeholders
Experience in the fields of customer data, customer infrastructure or digital marketing a plus but not required
