Key success factors & responsibilities:
Team handling, monitoring, and evaluating team performance
Developing new talent, ensuring on-going team coaching and development
Creating a culture that motivates, empowers, and retains talent
Ensuring all performance standards are met viz sales results, business targets, controls,compliance & people development
Focus on the key metrics: new card acquisition from the sales team, cost of acquisition, first
Year attrition rate, deployment of people practices such as pmp, coaching & feedback, attrition of team members, controls and compliance
Working closely with the l&d team to device and implement new hire orientation and ongoing
Skill and behavioral interventions for the team
Ensure 100% focus on controls and compliance
Obtain and analyse market intelligence & implement market share strategies
Drive external partnerships/tie ups for enhancing business in the city/region
Build a strong sales culture that reflects and strengthens amex brand and superior customer
Service at every touch point
This role may be subject to additional background verification check
Tracking of lead conversion of various digital campaigns and ensure all mis is accurately
Mba (sales & marketing)
5 to 8 years of experience in sales of retail products
