Opportunity at a glance: adtalem is seeking a dynamic and highly organized marketing professional that can help promote recruitment events hosted by american university of the caribbean (auc) or ross university school of medicine (rusm) across the u.s., canada, and abroadThe ideal candidate will be adept at showcasing auc and rusm to aspiring mds through innovative marketing platforms, strategies and messagesBuilding upon our rich history of student success, being recognized top tier caribbean medical schools, and staying dedicated to creating access to medical education to a diverse population, both auc and rusm are positioned to continue to change the face of modern medicine.
This new position reports to and works under the general direction of the srManager of marketing operations for adtalem global education’s medical schoolsThis position is a critical center point of driving the completion of key marketing initiatives and assets that support our in-person and virtual recruitment events, as well as our access & inclusion in medicine (aim) programThe manager of marketing works closely with internal clients and external agencies to manage and coordinate the marketing projects from requirements definition, identification of specific deliverables and timelines through final productionThis position also supports the marketing logistics of other special events (i.e., commencement) and integrated products between schools (presentations and marketing materials)Responsibilities:
Develops and implements marketing tactics focusing on enrollment growth by increasing brand awareness through event marketing and special programs.
Works with marketing operations to develop marketing collateral including, but not limited to: brochures, posters, print ads, digital ads, videos, photographs, presentations, email and direct mail.
Works with marketing digital center of excellence (dcoe) for campaign implementation and execution (i.e., paid search, seo, email, sms, etc.).
Assists in the production of promotional videos and photography for the institutions and sup team.
Builds and maintains vendor relationships with the advertising agencies, marketing platforms, fulfillment house(s) and others as necessary.
Works with team members to integrate campaigns into our web design, prospect nurturing campaigns, and all applicable operations inclusive of student services and enrollment services.
Ensures compliance with institution design standards and trademarked assets.
Collaberates with compliance team and regulatory affairs to ensure accuracy in marketing messaging and that external guidelines are met.
Works with the institution’s administration on special projects as necessary.
Completes other projects and duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience required
Computer proficiency in microsoft office applications, internet and web applications.
Ability to analyze roi measurements, develop metrics to assess and optimize roi.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills are essential, as position involves extensive contact with co-management and internal/external customers.
In-depth knowledge of marketing tactics and platforms
Understanding of web site management / digital creative experience.
High level of independent work ability
Ability to travel up to 10%.
