Full job description
Support global & regional client management leaders and customer contacts on a day-to-day basisResponsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting client management team with contract governance, settlements, sla, preferred vendor contracts, management of team sharepoint siteSupporting client with budget planning & tracking, monthly settlement reviewKey responsibilities:
Provides overall client program support to the global client manager, regional client & operations managersParticipate in calls with the client or local markets when required.
Lead/support with special projects and day-to-day requests as requested by gbt client management team.
Ensures consistent communication across all markets & teams.
Drives results by operating with a sense of urgency, employing effective time management to deliver results within deadlines.
Supports internal/external document production, including but not limited to : daily airline rating report, global sla reporting, global financial statement reporting, operational savings reporting, isos checks.
Makes sure all global financials and payroll costs are charged correctly, on time and tracked in a governance file.
Manage and discuss with client monthly us settlement.
Vendor contracts: manage communication to regional client & operations managers and sharing of airline, car, hotel, black car & vendor contracts and updatesCreate and maintain global airline overview, make updates when needed and communicate internally.
Manage the loading & upkeeping of prds requestsEnsure air and hotel rates are loaded and accessible to all marketsIdentify rate loading discrepancies to the appropriate representatives to ensure resolution.
Responsible globally for all contact details (email/phone) and global iata/pcc info – monthly check on changes and take appropriate action when needed (monthly).
Support ongoing employee screening process and yearly rescreening.
Support to gtr feed updates feeds whenever new client ids are created.
Experience in a client facing role.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and good time management skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and set expectations in order to effectively manage workflow.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Proficient in excel, word, powerpoint and microsoft outlook.
Strong analytical skillset.
