Today, worldwide business customers suffer from manually matching, tracking, and reconciling invoice/order line-items with product receiving and order issue status prior to payment and closing an orderThe process is manual, time-consuming and prone to mistakes, resulting in invoice late payment, dunning, and potential account suspensionsYou will own 3-way-match charter where we are building unique best-in-class b2b solution to remove friction from procurement and solve the aforementioned opportunity space.
Role:
Amazon is seeking a driven, strategic, and customer-centric product management leader to create the strategy and product solutions for our business customersYou will work closely with customers, go-to-market leaders, sales, marketing, analytics, data engineering and customer service teams, to deeply understand the needs of customers, and use that information to develop multi-year roadmaps that will lead to success for customers using our services, and growth for our businessYou will be part of a technology team with capabilities to develop specific capabilities for these market needsWhen your team cannot build these capabilities, you will advocate on behalf of our customers by partnering with other teams within amazon to create solutions.

The right product manager will be a proven team leader and builder with energy and deep competencies to envision the right experience for customers, drive execution, and scale the solution to match the business growth opportunityYou will lead by example, being just as passionate about operational performance, security, and predictability as you are about innovation and a delightful customer experienceYou will not have the luxury of having tunnel vision for any one area; rather, you will need to exhibit excellent judgment on how to prioritize and strike the right balance for driving adoption among existing customers and acquiring new customers fastEqually, you will achieve the right balance among competing priorities for new features, architectural improvements, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for your solution portfolio (initially: three-way matching, related offers report, and debarred sellers features) based on data and metrics from product utilization, customer research, and competitive analysis.
Develop business requirements, review ux and tech designs, and participate in the day-to-day decision-making activities of your product team.
Partner with the gtm business teams to identify new product requirements.
Author prfaq(s)/ brds for new product features, and contribute to prfaq(s)/ brds for new sub-vertical programs.
Partner with product owners throughout amazon business and amazon overall to drive vertical-specific requirements into their products.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities in an ever changing environment
Proven track record of delivering results in large, cross-functional initiatives
Superior analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success
Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems independently with an extreme attention to detail
Strong strategic aptitude; proven ability to define a winning business strategy and product roadmap and gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders without formal authority, leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
Excellent customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly products and customer-facing features
Technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing technology concepts, schedule tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members
Strong bias for action; ability to create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience operating in a global environment
Mba preferred
Experience in b2b sales, especially in the development of solutions in the procurement industry (source to settle)
Experience operating in the procurement ecosystem serving education, government or other highly regulated industries.
