As an allstate technical review team specialized adjuster you will play a vital role to ensure we deliver on our promise of delivering fair and efficient claim serviceThis position supports management in ensuring consistency of estimating practices
From the repair facilities, and compliance to best practicesThis role includes conducting desk reviews of estimates/supplements and photos from repair facilities and negotiate the damage estimate with the body shop as needed as well as settling total losses.
You will be reviewing estimates for standard and specialty auto to include rv’s, motorcycles, atv’s, trailers, box trucks, and commercial equipmentYou will be challenged to manage multiple cases simultaneously and solve problems in a fast-paced working

A day in the life of a allstate technical review team specialized waiver adjuster:
Makes and maintains a connection with the customer by understanding and meeting their needs; serves
The customer with empathy; and follows up to ensure that customer needs have been met
Researches and responds to moderately complex and occasionally complex customer communications, concerns, conflicts or issues
Reviews customer satisfaction results; works independently to create personal action plans
File documentation and reporting
Documents a claim file with notes, evaluations and decision making process
Explains alternative parts in a moderately complex and occasionally complex claim
Settles total loss claims
Prepares, reviews, reconciles, and triages moderately complex and occasionally complex supplements
May participate in one or more moderately complex and occasionally complex special assignments
May serve as a committee team lead for medium-sized projects or as a committee team member on medium to large projects

As a condition of employment, your office/area may require you to obtain an adjuster and/or an appraiser license.
If required, the hiring manager will work with you along with the centralized licensing team to ensure that you are properly licensed.

You’re a great match for this role if you have:
You are high school diploma or ged graduate!
You have three or more years of estimating experience
You have prior experience using an auto estimating program such as: ccc one, audatex, or mitchell
You enjoy the ability to work independently starting your day from home, and traveling to various locations to restore peoples’ lives through outstanding customer service
View problems and setbacks as opportunities for improvement and look forward to coming up with creative solutions
You’re an empathic, upbeat and friendly self-starter
You’re excited about solving problems and coming up with creative solutions
You’re organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
You’re known for clear and professional communication – both written and verbal
Being bilingual and/or having prior military experience is a plus

Work schedule: to be determined based on business needs.

Weekend rotations with comp day.
Employees who have been in their current role for at least one year will receive screening preference.
