The specialist revenue cycle management (customer service) is responsible for performing transactional processes and transactions of basic complexity.
Job responsibilities
Processes collections transactions and administer delingquency reports on a daily basis for major medical accounts and enters them into a computerized system
Handles customer service collections resolutions issues, communicating with patients, carriers, co-workers and attorneys in a timely, effective manner to expedite the collections of accounts receivables
Follows processes and performs transactions with a high degree of accuracy
Handles a large volume of basic transactions
Helps run basic reports following routine processes
May assist more senior specialists in processing more complex transactions and work
Other responsibilities as judgment or necessity dictate

Required qualifications, skills and experience
High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent ged; or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
Additional qualifications
Proficient skill level in microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint)

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
