Full job description
The aledade growth operations team is the operational and analytical backbone of aledade’s growth strategyWe define and optimize strategies, processes and systems that drive tangible and sustainable performance improvements, including increased predictability and productivityAs aledade continues to grow, we are increasing investments in data, systems and process infrastructure to scale our growth efforts.
We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the us or from our hq office in bethesda, md.
The primary responsibilities for the aco administration specialist will be:
Role specific responsibilities:
Manage the annual cms aco application process end to end, ensuring all aco applications are submitted timely and attempting to resolve all deficiencies prior to the end of the cycle
Work closely with internal business partners to support the mssp contract validation process
Assist in creating process documentation for the contract operations library (sops, qrgs, etc.)
Identify and implement process improvements to the application process workflow
Assist with participation agreement processes as needed to support the contract operations team
Preferred experience and qualifications:
3+ years of relevant work experience
Bs or ma degree in business administration, healthcare administration, public health, or other relevant area of study
Demonstrated project management skills, highly organized with attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines while managing a substantial workload
Excellent interpersonal, writing and project management skills
Proven success working cooperatively and strategically in a team-oriented matrixed environment with the ability to influence and interact with all levels
Team player with the ability to work with a remote and distributed team
Thinks beyond their immediate team and contributes to making aledade holistically better (active engagement in d&i efforts, culture initiatives, facilitating training, leading roundtables, etc.)
