An experienced talent acquisition recruiter who has previously worked for it consulting/staffing companies.
Candidate should be able to perform the following tasks during night shift.
Recruiting experience in opt/cpt f1 students
Recruitings, holders, h1b and tn visa holders, eads.
Experience in recruiting opt/ hiring with effective hands on experience on various job boards.i.eDice, career builder, monster, corp-corp etc.
Continuously in touch with bench sales team and recruiting team to get the references of highly talented it consultants for us clients.
Strong experience and understanding of us opt hiring and capable of getting experienced resources.
Contact references of consultants and validate the experience.
Source the technical talent using outside contacts and internet.
Maintain the good relations with existing technical staff and get references of highly skilled consultants.
Scoping out candidates from every angle, you build and utilize various sourcing plans and tools, including phone screens, social media research, to find prime hires.
Also need to identify hot technologies in the market time to time and keep changing technology preference
Must have good knowledge on us tax terms: c2c, 1099, w2.
Good command in verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Good in relationship management with clients/vendors and consultants.
Excellent analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment
