Achieve the sales goalsWork closely with business partners to establish the overall sales goals, monitor, motivate and empower the team to meet and exceed the goal throughout the fiscal yearPartner with the business and various agilent functional teams to improve america’s sales performance
Knowledge builder: responsible for communicating the 1st line information about market developments, opportunities, and threats from competitorsResponsible for delivering and updating full-year and quarterly forecasts on a regular basisResponsible for manufacturing forecast
Deliver enhanced services - lead the sales team to continuously improve and enhance customer experience by developing relationships with, and partnering with various agilent teams from field application, marketing, cell analysis division business units, order fulfillment, logistics, customer service, and support.
Sales team development: and facilitate the success of the america`s sales team, working optimally across the omni-channel environment to develop/nurture leads and close the sales funnel to meet the sales objectives and to provide the enhanced customer valuesCoach and generate cohesion and unityDevelop knowledge, expertise, and sales capability and skills across the organizationPromote and practice a culture of high performance, innovation and excellence, collaboration, customer focus, speed, and accountabilityHire and maintain team staffing levels
Ensure the understanding of the compliance requirement as well as the compliance of regulations/policies for the plxa sales organization by working cross-functionally within one agilent
