Manage key digital and promotional activities related to strategy, execution and reporting.
Lead the execution of campaigns to drive growth strategies for assigned products and channels.
Partner with sales, marketing, and product to define goals and key performance indicators.
Perform campaign analytics reporting and review; help create plans based on learnings, and translate into actionable plans; evaluate program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative methods.
Provide team members with insight and direction to help meet organizational goals and drive team success.
Report on productivity, priorities, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure adherence to established processes and workflows related to end-to-end campaign strategy, creative execution, optimizing for performance, and troubleshooting; identify and recommend new processes and workflows as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure delivery of superior customer service and operational excellence.
Serve as an internal escalation point for campaign related issues.
Assist in marketing program budget management.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent experience
Eight years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing or project management
Thorough understanding of traditional and digital platforms
Broad experience developing and executing digital campaigns and complex projects
Technical acumen to design campaigns that optimize the use of marketing platforms
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with content management, workflow and other marketing tools such as cmd, crm, dam, workflow, salesforce marketing cloud, workfront
Experience with change management
