Roles and responsibities:
-expertise in the areas of talent acquisition (end 2 end), contract staffing, permanent recruiting, head hunting, reporting, sourcing, screening, interviewing ,client handling, salary negotiation , executive hiring, contract recruitment, team management.
-mainly focused in various it and telecom roles across uk and europe.
-work closely with account managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements(description, salary, timing, expectations, etc)
-responsible for full recruitment life cycle from reviewing the requirement properly and co-coordinating between the client and the consultantsScreening , evaluating and shortlisting candidates
-understanding the requirements, plan and schedule a roadmap towards achieving the targets.
-looking after the entire cycle of recruitment that includes headhunting/searching/sourcing potential candidates.
-sourcing candidates from various job portals, referrals, internal database and networking.
-short listing resumes by evaluating the candidate’s communication skills, presentation and technical skills based on requirements.
-involved in re-sorting & screening the resumes, closely working with managers for scheduling meetings/appointments with the candidates.
-negotiating & convincing candidates to accept the offer and make them join as soon as possible.
-building good relations with the candidates and maintaining the database
-end- to- end follow-up of candidate.
-jd preparation and pre-screening the resumes before submitting to account managers and talking to the candidates in detail about requirement
-organizing technical interviews (telephonic/f2f/ skype, webex and ms teams meeting) for the shortlisted candidates.
-preparation of weekly and monthly report relating to interviews with number of interviews happened, offer made and candidates joined..
-abilities in handling multiple priorities with a bias for action and a genuine interest in personal and professional development.
-good communication and interpersonal skills.
