Objective of the role:
Provide complete support to customers from post-sale to possessionEnsure high levels of service and able to build a trustworthy relationship with the customers.
Key responsibilities:
Meeting and greeting customers to resolve queries, for a show-around and ensure building of a long term relationship with them.
Post booking, check for all documents, make welcome call.
Log the booking in the crm system and get allotment letter signed.
Guide the customer through the sale deed, payment of stamp duty and coordinate for registration with the agent.
Send pre intimation to customers for payment and ensure dispatch of demand letters on a timely basis.
Follow up with customers on payment dues and update all communication in the customer file.
Ensure receipts for payments made are sent on time and handle payment defaults and recovery.
Communication to customer about project progress and likely date of possession.
Coordinate with site personnel for flat hand over and ensure update of all records of the customers.
Prepare collection mis report for the management.
Ensure high service levels and promptness in handling customer issues & complaints.
Desired candidate profile
Ug: any graduate – any specialization
Pg: mba/pgdm – any specialization, marketing
Experience: 5 to 10 years in any real estate organization
Knowledge & skills:
Complete knowledge of the real estate industry aspects, documentation, and legal compliances.
Proficient in computer skills & crm
Good communication skills, persuasion, and convincing skills
Customer interaction skills
Ability to grasp quickly, politeness, positive attitude and good judgment understanding the customers requirement along with a good team player
Should be inclined towards fieldwork
