Need a role for assisting in administrative process for a property management company located in east bangalore.
Requirements :
Fluency in english and in grammatical skills.
Expert in ms-office.
Need best communication skills to communicate with clients
Be punctual in time and professional in work environment.
Touch with law terms and rental/lease agreement drafting.
Should learn all the practices regarding rent collections,settlements and any other issues in line with the process which will be given in training period.
