Responsibilities
Client management
Handling client escalation related to hr operations of staff deployed to different clientsSolving day to day hr issues & resolving it within tat.
Plans daily contacts and visits to manage/acquire customers
Implements business development actions (active proposals, telephone contacts, negotiations and proposals), acquisition visits, retention actions.
Promotes cross selling and up selling actions.
Draws up business proposalsResponsible for the right quote.
Monthly targets has to be achieved.
Draws up agreement with client companies
Contacts the customer for debt recovery
Market coverage & cracking competition.
Conducting persuasive, effective presentations and demonstration of adecco services to decision makers (head-hr/finance/operations) of corporate clients
Extensive co-ordination with the other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations for both the external / internal customers.
