Job description
· preparation of general accounts like cash, bank, journal vouchers, contractor bills, payments and cheques.
· day to day bank transactions.
· reconciliation of bank statements and preparing balance sheets and finalization of accounts.
· preparation of tax invoices and delivery challans to dispatch
· pass all type of accounting entries like sales invoice, purchase invoice, performa invoice, receipts, payments, journal vouchers, and other miscEntries.
· daily verification and reconciliation
· debtors reconciliation & strictly follow up with credit period and credit limits.
