Present strategies, recommendations and performance updates to clients regularly
Follow processes required to input and track client and campaign tasks, budgets, performance and billing
Continually increase knowledge of the client’s business (and industry trends) often serving as the client’s first line consultant
Identify and pursue areas of opportunity and growth, ultimately increasing and driving incremental revenue
Work closely with internal and external partners to resolve issues, provide status and ensure peak campaign performance while maintaining excellent client service
Participate in strategy and media planning in conjunction with our sales and strategy teams
Monitor health of digital media campaigns in collaboration with our ad ops team
Collaborate effectively across departments including sales, strategy, ad ops and analytics
3+ years experience in programmatic advertising
Strong knowledge and experience in the digital landscape
Ability to strategically advise on media plans and drive account revenue
Success at building and maintaining relationships, and work cross-functionally with internal and external teams
Strong communication skills
Ability to thrive in a constantly changing, fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
Demonstrates strong attention to detail
Experience with platforms (i.e., dsp, ssp) and crms
Familiar with creating presentations: keynote, powerpoint, google slides
Light travel may be required
Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communication, business or related field
